How funny that the last time I posted it was May. Oh well. No trouble! I’ve been doing a firm rotation and I have been enjoying it. I like having a rotation without having to think about what workout to do. I am also going to try to incorporate horizontal conditioning. They are 20 minute workouts and good for your core.
Today I did Complete Aerobics & Weight Training with Emily. very enjoyable! I used 8 pounds for a lot of the heavy moves. and two pounds for the light weight arm work. I weigh around 140.
