Started back into exercise on

Sunday – Cathe – Low Impact Challenge

Monday – Cathe – Classic Step

Tuesday – Cathe – Strength Max – Upper body premix and some of 4 day split low intensity step

Wednesday – Tracie Long – Lean out – Longevity Series

Thursday – Low Impact Challenge

I’ve been on vacation and have been trying to learn the challenging step work of low impact challenge….just for the heck of it. I’ve almost got it down. Strength Max made my upper body quite sore. It was the first time for me to do Tracie Long Lean Out. It started out great and then turned stupid. Maybe when I am more fit I can try it again. I just found it annoying because at the beginning of the workout Tracie Long says something about getting back in your groove ..however the workout is very challenging and you pretty much need to be IN YOUR GROOVE to get through it.

Oh well, I have two more of hers…from her “Reboot” series. I’ll see how those go sometime in the future. I’ve taken advantage of several sales (always good for a bargain) on Cathe’s site lately in addition to her new series XTrain….so no shortage of variety here!
