Today, I wanted to have a successful easy workout so I did The Firm Basics – Sculpting with Weights. The instructor is Tracy Long. A good workout. I would call it a beginners workout especially compared to some of the other workouts from The Firm. However, you can still get a great workout with this one….and if you check out the reviews on Amazon, you’ll notice that it has received many 5 star ratings and practically everyone LOVES this video.

Equipment needed: a tall box or step, a dowel, some hand weights 3 lb. to 8 lb.

Starting weight: 145 lb.
Current weight: 145 lb.
